Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay

Originally an office/shop building, it was altered into a hotel for business travelers having 300 guestrooms and ancillary catering and retail areas. It is the first of a new line of hotels in Hong Kong operated by the Holiday Inn Group. This hotel has achieved exceptional success since its opening.


MK1 Super Digital Mall (No. 525 Nathan Road, MongKok)

Originally an old Chinese Restaurant of approx. 60,000 sq.ft. splitted into 4 floors. It was converted into a theme shopping mall concentrating on products in 2007. Since its opening in the beginning of 2007, this shopping arcade maintains a strong growing rental return and occupancy. Tenants include Citicall, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Oliveia, Aigo, Haier, etc. Value of the premises is estimated to have doubled over the last year.



Hong Kong Aquarium Plaza (East Point Centre, 1010-1030 King's Road)
Originally used as a warehouse for more than 30 years, it was renovated into a theme shopping arcade with about 50 shops on aquarium commodities. The rest of the arcade was converted to a market, a Park'n shop, 2 restaurants and about 30 other general goods shops. The shopping arcade maintains a high occupancy rate and good rental income after the renovation.

Originally designed as a storage space at the basement of an old building, the premises were converted into a bar for high end customers working in Central District.

Stanley Oriental Hotel

This is a boutique hotel in Stanley. The building was originally an office building with a restaurant on the lower floors. Due to the low demand of office space in this area, most of the office floors were vacant for more than 1 year before conversion. After conversion, the owner has been able to maintain almost 100% occupancy rate at all the time at a very satisfactory rental return level.



Yee Hing Loong Commercial Building

This office building is undergoing a conversion process into hotel premises of 50 guestrooms. The alteration proposal has been already approved by Building Authority.



Marriot Courtyard Hotel

Originally an office building, it was converted into a business hotel with 250 guestrooms and associated catering facilities. The hotel will be operated by Marriot and is due to open in the beginning of 2008.
